Aspire Scotland is in the midst of an exciting growth period, as we look to promote our model of real-life experiences for children and young people across the United Kingdom.
Central to our positive work, reflected in all reports from our partners at the Care Inspectorate, is our skilled, selfless and motivated team that continues to demonstrate a level of care and resilience that has seen us support and make a difference for some of the most vulnerable individuals aged from 7 years through to 18.
Our seventh Residential Service, Waterside, has recently opened and accordingly we are looking for professional, ambitious and passionate individuals to enhance our already stellar model of community engagement and proven delivery of therapies including addressing pertinent issues of failed attachment and mental health.
Working for Aspire Scotland you will be part of ‘One Team’ and be given excellent training and career progression opportunities.
Several management positions have become available with the development of our services and we are looking for those individuals who could enhance already established and respected models of Care, Education and Quality Assurance.
If you have an eagerness to make a difference for young people, then we can offer an exceptional platform from which to develop your practice and excel as a professional.
